Job Summary :
As an Inside Sales Executive, you will be responsible for generating and converting leads, managing customer relationships, achieving sales targets, and supporting the sales function within the company. This role focuses on B2B sales, client coordination, and driving revenue growth through proactive engagement with prospects and existing customers
Key Responsibilities:
Sales & Lead Management
Generate new inquiries and leads through calls, email, and online contac
Offer product details, pricing, and quotations to potential customers.Qualify prospects and convert them into customers.
Revenue & Target Achievement
Meet or exceed weekly/monthly sales targetsActively pursue new business and help expand customer base.
Customer Relationship
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
Provide excellent service and support to existing customers.
Coordination & Reporting
Coordinate with field sales, logistics, and other internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, leads, and sales reporting.
Sales Administration
Prepare and send proposals/quotations.
Follow up on customer responses, orders, and feedback.
Maintain sales documentation and dashboards.
Candidate Profile / Skills Required
Experience
Typically 2–3 years in Inside Sales, B2B sales, telesales, or channel sales (can vary).
Communication
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Sales Skills
Strong negotiation and closing skills.
Target-oriented, confident, and proactive approach.
Technical / Tools
Comfortable using MS Office (Excel/Word) & CRM software.
Tele-calling and lead qualification skill
🎓 Education
Diploma / Graduate in any discipline (or relevant field).
💼 Working Conditions
Full-time office-based role at Mulund West.
May require coordination with field teams or occasional travel.
