Aavana Greens Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Inside Sales Executive to join our growing team. The role involves handling inbound and outbound sales calls, managing B2B and B2C clients, updating leads on ERP software, and supporting sales and administrative processes. Make outbound and inbound sales calls to B2B and B2C clients to generate and close leads.
Manage, update, and track leads accurately using ERP/CRM software.
Follow up with potential and existing clients to ensure conversions and repeat business.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer and sales data.
Verify data accuracy, correct discrepancies, and identify irregularities in a timely manner.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth order processing and client satisfaction.
Prepare sales reports, summaries, and updates for internal review and decision-making.
Organize and maintain digital and physical sales records for easy access and retrieval.
Support administrative and sales-related tasks as required.
Maintain complete confidentiality of client and company information.
Minimum qualification: Graduate (preferred)
Experience: 1–3 years in inside sales, tele-sales, or a similar role (freshers with strong communication skills may also apply).
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy.
Comfortable working with ERP/CRM systems and basic computer tools.
Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently and meet targets.
Willingness to work during assigned working days and shift timings.
In-hand salary of ₹30,000 – ₹35,000
