Indoor Sales Executive

Relitech Industries is seeking enthusiastic and driven “Inside Sales & Telecalling Executives” to join our team in Odhav, Ahmedabad. This role involves reaching out to potential clients, handling inquiries, and supporting sales through effective communication and follow-ups.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound sales calls and follow up on leads
• Communicate clearly and persuasively with potential and existing customers
• Understand customer requirements and provide suitable product information
• Maintain customer records and update CRM systems
• Work towards achieving individual and team sales targets
• Provide excellent customer service and support

Requirements:

• Strong communication skills in Hindi and Gujarati
• Basic computer literacy
• Confident, positive attitude, and goal-oriented approach
• Previous experience in sales or telecalling preferred, but not mandatory
