Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers.Explain products/services clearly and persuasively.Understand customer needs and provide suitable solutions.2. Lead Generation & SalesGenerate new leads and convert them into sales opportunities.Achieve weekly and monthly sales targets.Follow up on leads through calls, emails, and messages.3. Customer Relationship ManagementMaintain positive relationships with customers to improve retention.Handle customer queries, objections, and concerns professionally.Provide accurate information and ensure high customer satisfaction.4.
