Position : Inbound Customer Support Executive US Inbound

Salary: ₹25000- to ₹50000 in Hand + Incentives.

Salary Depending on Interview. / Skills / Experience & Last Salary

Experience : 1 Year to 7 Year in inbound International Voice Process

Note- We need Candidates with experience in International inbound Voice Process across US, UK and Australian Process.

Location : Sector 65, Noida

Shift : 9:30 PM – 6:00 AM (US Night Shift)

Working Days : Monday to Friday

Weekly Off : Saturday & Sunday (Fixed Off)

Food : Provided by the Company

Cab Facility : Travel Allowance Provided

Job Summary

......Services Pvt. Ltd. is hiring enthusiastic, customer-focused professionals for its US Inbound Customer

Support team. The role involves handling inbound customer interactions, resolving queries professionally,

maintaining service quality, and meeting assigned productivity and performance standards

Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound calls from US customers professionally and courteously.

• Understand customer queries and provide accurate and timely solutions.

• Maintain high standards of customer service and satisfaction.

• Follow process guidelines, communication standards, quality parameters, and company policies.

• Accurately record customer interactions and update information in the system.

• Escalate complex issues to the appropriate team or supervisor.

• Achieve assigned quality, productivity, attendance, and service targets.

• Maintain professional communication with international customers.

Candidate Requirements

Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.

• Strong listening, comprehension, and problem-solving abilities.

• Comfortable working in a US night shift.

• International voice/inbound experience is preferred.

• Freshers with strong communication skills may also apply.

• Basic computer knowledge and good typing skills.

• Customer-focused attitude, professionalism, and willingness to learn.

Selection Process – 5 Rounds

1.HR Round / Telephonic : Evaluates your communication skills, personality, and cultural fit for the company

2. Written Test: Basic English, grammar, comprehension, and process-related assessment.

3. Reading & Communication Round: Assessment of reading ability, pronunciation, fluency, and communication.

4. Project Manager /OPS Round: Evaluation of customer handling, problem-solving, process suitability, and overall fit.

5. US Client Final Round: Final interview conducted directly by the US client; selection is subject to client Approval.

Selection Note : Candidates must successfully clear each round to proceed to the next stage. Final selection will be based on overall performance and successful completion of the US Client interview
