You will guide clients and candidates through complex visa processes, ensure compliance with international regulations, and drive successful relocations. This role combines HR expertise with immigration knowledge to support our growing international portfolio.Key ResponsibilitiesAssess candidate eligibility for work visas (e.g., UAE Golden Visa, Saudi Iqama, EU Blue Card, Schengen work permits) and prepare comprehensive documentation.Liaise with embassies, consulates, and government portals (e.g., VFS Global, Saudi MOFA, German BAMF) to process applications efficiently.Conduct pre-departure briefings, cultural orientation sessions, and compliance checks for HR policies in host countries.Collaborate with recruitment teams to match candidates with overseas opportunities, minimizing visa rejection risks.Stay updated on immigration law changes and advise on optimal strategies for Gulf, Europe, and other regions.Generate reports on visa success rates, turnaround times, and process improvements to enhance business development.
