Position : Immigration Counsellor

Vacancy : 10 ( Fresher + Experience both can apply)

Working Days / Hour : Monday to Saturday / 10:00 AM to 6 PM

Location : Nehru Place (Delhi)

Assess clients' profiles and provide guidance on suitable immigration, study, work permit , PR Visa, or tourist visa programs.
Explain immigration processes, eligibility criteria, documentation requirements, timelines
Counsel clients regarding PR pathways, study abroad opportunities, work permits, and visitor visas.
Build trust and maintain strong relationships with prospective clients.
Convert inquiries into enrollments by effectively addressing client concerns and objections.
Coordinate with processing and documentation teams to ensure a smooth client experience.
Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, and conversions in CRM systems.
Achieve monthly sales and enrollment targets.
Stay updated with immigration policies, visa regulations, and market trends.

Requirements:

Minimum 06 months of experience in immigration, study abroad, visa consulting, or related sales counseling.
Fresher with good communication skills can also apply
Strong knowledge of PR, Work Permits, Study Visas, and Tourist Visas, credit card sales ,loan (Prefer)
Excellent communication, negotiation, and persuasion skills.
Strong sales and conversion abilities.
Ability to handle objections and close deals effectively.
Familiarity with CRM tools and lead management processes.
Target-oriented and self-motivated approach.
Proficiency in English and Hindi (additional languages are a plus).
