Job Description: HR Executive
Job Responsibilities:
Daily Follow-ups: Conduct regular follow-ups with candidates, academic teams, and department heads to ensure the smooth execution of hiring and other HR-related activities.
Interacting with HODs and Candidates: Coordinate effectively between the academic Head of Departments (HODs) and potential candidates.
Webinar Scheduling: Organize and manage educational webinars, coordinating with speakers, instructors, and attendees to enhance the learning experience.
Data and Tracker Management: Maintain accurate and updated candidate data, progress reports, and HR trackers for monitoring recruitment and performance processes.
MS Office Proficiency: Leverage Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) for tracking applications, generating reports, and presenting recruitment metrics.
Effective Communication Skills: Demonstrate strong communication skills to engage with candidates, academic staff, and cross-functional teams professionally.
