Job Overview:

We are hiring a Holiday Package Booking Executive responsible for handling customer inquiries and converting them into confirmed bookings for domestic and international travel packages. The role requires strong communication, sales skills, and customer handling.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle inbound & outbound calls for holiday package inquiries
Assist customers in selecting best travel packages (Domestic & International)
Explain package details including itinerary, pricing, hotels, and inclusions
Customize holiday packages as per customer requirements
Convert leads into successful bookings
Follow up with interested clients and close sales
Coordinate with operations team for smooth booking process
Maintain records of leads and bookings

Requirements:

Good communication skills (English + Hindi/Bengali)
Basic knowledge of travel destinations (Dubai, Bali, Thailand, Maldives, etc.)
Sales-oriented mindset with convincing skills
Ability to handle targets and pressure
Freshers with good communication can apply
