We are looking for an enthusiastic and confident Hindi Telecaller to handle customer calls, explain products/services, generate leads, and maintain strong customer relationships. The ideal candidate should have excellent Hindi communication skills and a target-oriented approach.
Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers.
Handle incoming customer calls and provide accurate information.
Explain company products, services, offers, and processes to customers.
Generate leads and convert potential customers into successful business opportunities.
Follow up with interested customers regularly.
Maintain proper records of calls, leads, and customer details.
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly calling/sales targets.
Handle customer queries and complaints professionally.
Coordinate with the Team Leader and other departments when required.
Maintain a polite, professional, and positive attitude while speaking with customers..
Required Skills
Excellent Hindi speaking and communication skills.
Good convincing and negotiation skills.
Basic English communication is an advantage.
Basic computer knowledge.
Good customer-handling skills.
Ability to work under targets and pressure.
