We are looking for a confident and enthusiastic Hindi Telecaller to communicate with customers over the phone. The ideal candidate should have excellent Hindi communication skills, a polite attitude, and the ability to build positive customer relationships while achieving calling targets.
Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers.
Answer inbound customer inquiries in a professional manner.
Explain company products or services clearly in Hindi.
Follow up with customers regarding inquiries, leads, or pending requests.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and call outcomes.
Resolve basic customer queries or escalate issues to the appropriate team.
Meet daily and monthly calling and performance targets.
Ensure a positive customer experience during every interaction.
Requirements
Minimum qualification: 10+2 or Graduate (preferred).
Strong verbal communication skills in Hindi.
Basic knowledge of English is an advantage.
Good listening and interpersonal skills.
