We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Hindi Telecaller to communicate with customers over the phone, explain products or services, generate leads, answer customer queries, and maintain positive customer relationships. The ideal candidate should have excellent Hindi communication skills and a customer-focused approach.
Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers.
Handle inbound customer inquiries professionally.
Explain company products and services in Hindi.
Generate and qualify sales leads.
Follow up with customers regarding inquiries, payments, or services.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and call details.
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly calling targets.
Resolve customer concerns and escalate issues when necessary.
Update customer information in the CRM or database.
Requirements
Minimum qualification: 12th Pass / Graduate.
Good verbal communication skills in Hindi.
Basic knowledge of computers and MS Office.
Ability to handle customer objections confidently.
Strong listening and interpersonal skills.
