Job Summary:
We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Telecaller to join our team. The Telecaller will be responsible for making and receiving calls, interacting with customers, providing information about products or services, handling inquiries, generating leads, and supporting sales activities.

Key Responsibilities

Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers.
Answer incoming calls and address customer inquiries.
Explain company products and services to customers.
Generate and qualify leads for the sales team.

Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and call details.
