We are looking for an enthusiastic and result-oriented Hindi Telecaller who can communicate effectively with customers in Hindi. The candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls, explaining company services, handling customer queries, maintaining call records, and achieving assigned daily and monthly targets.
Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers.
Communicate with customers fluently in Hindi.
Explain company products, services, and offers clearly.
Handle customer queries and provide appropriate information.
Follow up with interested customers to achieve business targets.
Maintain accurate records of calls, customer details, and follow-ups.
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly calling targets.
Handle customer objections professionally and politely.
Coordinate with the Team Leader and reporting manager regarding daily performance.
Follow company policies, calling guidelines, and quality standards.
Required Skills and Qualifications
Minimum qualification: 10th or 12th pass; graduates may also apply.
Good verbal communication skills in Hindi.
Basic knowledge of mobile phones and computers.
Ability to convince customers and handle objections.
Positive attitude, confidence, and willingness to learn.
Ability to work in a team and achieve targets.
Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
