SSC Services Pvt. Ltd. is looking for enthusiastic, confident, and target-oriented Hindi Telecallers to join our team. The selected candidates will be responsible for communicating with customers over the phone, explaining company products and services, addressing customer queries, conducting follow-ups, and achieving assigned daily and monthly targets.
The ideal candidate should have excellent Hindi communication skills, a positive attitude, good convincing abilities, and the willingness to work in a target-driven environment.
Job Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to customers and communicate in Hindi.
Explain company products and services clearly to customers.
Handle customer queries and provide accurate information.
Follow up with interested customers and maintain regular communication.
Maintain daily call records and update customer information in the system.
Achieve daily and monthly calling targets assigned by the Team Leader.
Maintain professional communication and good customer relationships.
Follow company policies and calling guidelines.
Required Skills
Good Hindi communication skills.
Basic knowledge of computers and data entry.
Good convincing and interpersonal skills.
Ability to handle customer queries professionally.
Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
Eligibility
Qualification: 12th Pass / Graduate.
Experience: Fresher or Experienced.
