We are looking for a confident and enthusiastic Hindi Telecaller to handle customer calls, provide information about our products/services, and generate leads.
Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers.
Explain products and services clearly to customers.
Handle customer queries and provide appropriate solutions.
Follow up with leads and maintain regular communication.
Maintain customer information and call records.
Achieve daily and monthly calling/sales targets.
Build positive relationships with customers.
Requirements
Minimum 12th pass.
Excellent Hindi communication skills.
Good interpersonal and convincing skills.
Basic computer knowledge.
