We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Hindi Telecaller to interact with customers over the phone, provide information about products or services, answer inquiries, and generate leads or sales. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills in Hindi and a positive, persuasive attitude.
Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers.
Handle inbound customer inquiries and provide accurate information.
Explain products, services, offers, and promotions in Hindi.
Generate and qualify leads for the sales team.
Follow up with customers regarding inquiries, payments, or appointments.
Maintain customer records and update call details in the system.
Resolve customer concerns and escalate complex issues when required.
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly calling targets.
Build and maintain positive customer relationships.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Minimum qualification: 10+2 / Graduate (preferred).
Excellent verbal communication skills in Hindi.
Basic computer knowledge and data entry skills.
Good listening and interpersonal skills.
Ability to handle customer objections professionally.
Self-motivated and target-oriented.
