📞 Job Responsibilities – Telecaller (SkillYojana)

1. Lead Calling & Conversion

   • Make outbound calls to prospective franchise partners, students, and training center leads.

   • Explain SkillYojana services, benefits, and partnership opportunities clearly and confidently.

   • Follow up regularly with interested prospects for onboarding or admissions.

2. Data Handling

   • Maintain proper records of calls, responses, follow-up dates, and call outcomes.

   • Update CRM/Excel sheets with accurate lead status.

3. Franchisee & Center Coordination

   • Guide new and existing centers regarding registration process, document submission, fee structure, and panel login.

   • Answer queries related to wallet recharge, certification, course enrollment, and renewal.

4. Campaign Calling

   • Work on calling lists from WhatsApp/Facebook/Instagram campaigns and other lead generation sources.

   • Convert interested social media leads into verified admissions or franchisee partners.

5. Communication & Support

   • Handle incoming calls, WhatsApp messages, and basic email inquiries professionally.

   • Maintain polite, positive, and helpful communication at all times.

6. Target Achievement

   • Meet daily/weekly calling targets and conversion goals set by the team leader or management.

   • Suggest offers or schemes to increase conversions.

7. Reporting

   • Submit daily and weekly reports of call status, lead progress, and closures to the team head.

8. Training & Feedback

   • Participate in training sessions for new courses, offers, and CRM tools.

   • Share feedback from callers for service improvement.
