 Sales Advisor duties and responsibilities

§  Prospecting leads and contacting them to pitch the product

§  Learn detail about our product

§  Understand all the Prospects needs, problems or wants

§  Explain customer how our product align with their requirement

§  Working toward achieving the sales target

§  Managing the sales process through specific software programs

§  Collaborate with in teams to achieve better result

§  Take feedback from customers and share it with support teams

§  Participating in sales team meeting

§  Report to management Team

Sales Advisor requirements and qualification

§  High school / diploma/Graduation

§  6 months of sales experience

§  Good customer service and sales skills

§  Good verbal communicator

§  Excellent listening skills and ability to empathise with customer needs

§  Proficiency in sales software program

§  Good negotiation and problem solving skills.
