• Attract Candidates for Local Jobs

• Each office should take care of Centre Promotion + Marketing activities

• Achieving the weekly target for number of candidates

• Data Updation in ATS

• Organising and arranging physical interviews at the Centre

• Sending Profiles to Head Office

• Prepare list of Educational Institutions 

• Tie-up with ITI/Diploma / Arts & Science colleges

• Weekly visiting the Job Fairs

• Bulk hiring through Job Fairs / Mass interview

Ideal Profile of the Candidate:

• Age 23-30

• Gender: Male/Female

• Education : Any Degree

• Good communication skills

• Having Non-IT recruitment experience is an added advantage.

• Any other additional language is an added advantage (Hindi, Kannada, Malayalam, Telugu)
