Health Insurance Specialist

We are looking for a Health Insurance Specialist to join our team at Carnama Infotech & Bpo Llp. The role involves managing and updating information accurately and efficiently, Recruitment of Insurance Partners and Advisors to source Insurance policies through us supporting existing and New joined Partners and Advisors to increase health insurance contribution,management relationship and

performing various administrative tasks. The position offers ₹15000 - ₹25000 and opportunities for growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Recruit Insurance Partners/Health Insurance Partners to source Insurance business through us
• Ensure that the Agent /Partner is engaged and Motivated so that he can source maximum business to us and contributes to smooth operations.
• Help Advisor/Agent Partner to punch policies in the system,verify data accuracy, make corrections and identify irregularities in a timely manner.
• Organize and maintain physical and digital records for easy access and retrieval.
• Support various administrative tasks when needed to assist other departments.
• Generate reports and summaries for internal teams to help in decision-making processes.
• Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information at all times.

Job Requirements:

The minimum qualification for this role is below 10th and 2 - 5 years of experience. The role requires excellent attention to detail, high level of accuracy, strong organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently. Candidates must be open to 6 days working during the Day shift.

• It is a Full Time Telesales / Telemarketing job for candidates with 2 - 5 years of experience.
