Sales Executive Salary Structure Draft:1. *Fixed Salary:* ₹12,000 (Condition: Minimum sale of 5000 kg of goods per month is mandatory)2. *Incentive:* 5% extra incentive on the profit of any sales exceeding 5000 kg.3. *Deduction:* If the 5000 kg sales target is not met, a proportional deduction will be made from the fixed salary.*Example:*- If 6000 kg of goods are sold: Salary: ₹12,000 Extra Profit (profit from 1000 kg) × 5% Incentive Total Salary = Fixed + Incentive- If only 4000 kg are sold: Salary: ₹12,000 × (4000/5000) = ₹9,600 Incentive: None
