Position Overview

We are looking for a dynamic and customer-focused Sales Engineer to drive business growth in corporate, industrial, manufacturing, and machinery sales segments. The ideal candidate will manage customer enquiries, generate leads, convert opportunities into sales, and maintain strong client relationships.

The role includes handling IndiaMART leads, preparing quotations, coordinating with internal teams, and ensuring smooth execution of the sales cycle from enquiry to order completion.

Note: This position is open for female/ Male candidates only.


Key Responsibilities

  • Handle customer enquiries received through IndiaMART/Trade india and other online platforms.

  • Convert leads into business opportunities through regular follow-ups.

  • Understand client requirements in corporate, industrial, manufacturing, and machinery sales segments.

  • Recommend suitable products, machinery, or technical solutions based on customer needs.

  • Prepare quotations, proposals, and sales documentation.

  • Coordinate with internal departments for order processing, production, and timely delivery.

  • Maintain strong relationships with corporate, industrial, and manufacturing clients.

  • Provide prompt after-sales support and resolve customer queries.

  • Update all customer interactions and sales activities in CRM systems.

  • Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.

  • Identify new business opportunities in industrial and machinery markets.

  • Conduct market research to support corporate and industrial sales growth.

  • Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.

  • Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to improve customer satisfaction and sales performance.

  • Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products or solutions.


Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Commerce, Marketing, or a related field.

  • Diploma holders with relevant sales experience may also apply.

  • Experience in B2B, B2C industrial, or machinery sales is preferred.
