  • Manage all telesales employees on the floor

  • Ensure daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets are met

  • Monitor agent performance and productivity

  • Coach and motivate agents to improve conversions

  • Maintain floor discipline and attendance

  • Monitor live calls and call quality

  • Handle customer and agent escalations

  • Track KPIs and prepare performance reports

  • Support hiring, training, and onboarding

  • Coordinate with management, HR, and QA teams
