About the Role
We’re looking for fresh graduates who want to start their careers in the finance sector and enjoy customer-facing
and operations-focused work. This role gives you practical exposure to customer communication, basic
verification checks, and everyday business processes.
Responsibilities:
Speaking with customers over phone calls to guide them through our processes, respond to queries, and
ensure a smooth experience.
Following up with customers for pending documents, payments, or additional information.
Reviewing and verifying customer documents for accuracy and completeness before processing.
Recording and updating information correctly in internal systems.
Helping customers resolve simple issues and routing more complex cases to the right team.
Encouraging customers to complete their repayments on time and explaining payment options when required.
Reminding and nudging overdue customers to clear outstanding amounts in a polite and consistent manner.
Supporting customers in understanding our products and using them responsibly.
Coordinating with internal teams for updates, clarifications, or escalations.
Maintaining a professional, patient, and respectful tone during all interactions.
Who We’re Looking For
Fresh Graduates from any stream.
Strong communication skills in Hindi and English; knowing any additional regional language is an advantage.
Comfortable with phone-based roles and customer interaction.
Basic computer skills and attention to detail.
A positive attitude and willingness to learn.
