Job Summary

The Team Leader – Car Loan is responsible for managing and guiding a team of sales executives or telecallers to achieve monthly car loan disbursement targets. The role includes monitoring team performance, ensuring quality customer service, coordinating with banks/NBFCs, and driving business growth through effective team management.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, manage, and motivate a team of sales executives/telecallers for car loan sales.

• Assign daily, weekly, and monthly targets to team members.

• Ensure achievement of disbursement and login targets set by management.

• Monitor team performance and provide regular feedback and training.

• Maintain strong relationships with banks, NBFCs, and channel partners.

• Ensure proper documentation and compliance for loan processing.

• Track leads, logins, approvals, and disbursements on a daily basis.

• Conduct team meetings to review performance and plan strategies.

• Handle customer escalations and ensure timely resolution.

• Prepare and submit daily/weekly MIS reports to management.
