Customer Acquisition:
Visit residential apartments, housing societies, shops, or small offices to promote Wiom’s broadband services.
Identify potential customers and explain Wiom’s internet plans and benefits.
Help customers choose the right plan based on their usage needs.
Lead Generation & Conversion:
Generate leads through field visits, referrals, and local campaigns.
Follow up with interested customers and ensure conversions.
Achieve daily/weekly/monthly sales targets.
Documentation & Installation Coordination:
Assist customers in completing application forms or online registrations.
Collect necessary KYC documents.
Coordinate with the technical team for timely installation.
Local Market Promotion:
Participate in area-based marketing activities like leaflet distribution, door-to-door promotion, and society meetings.
Build strong rapport with residents, RWA members, and local influencers.
Customer Relationship Management:
Provide basic after-sales support.
Follow up for renewals or upgrades.
Handle minor service-related queries and escalate to the support team if needed.
Reporting:
Maintain daily sales records.
Share customer feedback and market insights with the manager.
Good communication skills in Hindi (and local dialect).
Basic knowledge of internet/broadband services.
Confidence, persuasion, and field sales skills.
Ability to travel and work in field conditions.
Self-motivation and goal orientation.
