Job Title: Sales Executive – Real EstateLocation: Navi MumbaiExperience: Fresher or up to 1 year (Field work mandatory; any industry background acceptable)Employment Type: Full-time________________________________________Salary & Incentives• Fixed Salary: ₹10,000 – ₹15,000 per month (based on experience)• Incentives: ₹20,000+ per month, performance-based (on successful sales)________________________________________Work Schedule• First Half: Morning – Office work• Second Half: Field work – Site visits, market coverage, client meetings________________________________________Eligibility Criteria• Education: Minimum 12th Pass• Languages: Marathi, Hindi, and English (spoken)• Age: As per company norms________________________________________Required Skills & Competencies• Strong sales and marketing skills• Goal-oriented and self-motivated• Adaptable and responsible attitude• Good communication and negotiation skills• Willingness to work extensively in the field• Customer-focused approach with long-term career vision________________________________________Key Responsibilities• Identify and develop relationships with potential clients seeking real estate opportunities• Generate leads through field activities, market visits, and references• Conduct property site visits and explain property details clearly to prospective clients• Understand client requirements and recommend suitable properties• Negotiate property sales and assist in closing deals on favorable terms• Coordinate with internal teams for documentation and sales closure• Stay updated on real estate market trends, pricing, and competitor offerings• Prepare and submit daily/weekly sales reports and performance updates• Provide excellent customer service and promptly address client queriesBuild long-term relationships and contribute to company growth
