Telesales Field Collection Executive

We are looking for a Field Collection Executive to join our team Msafe equipments Ltd.. The role involves managing and updating information accurately and efficiently, supporting key data management processes, and performing various administrative tasks. The position offers ₹25,000 - ₹50,000 and opportunities for growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Visit customers as per the assigned collection schedule.

• Collect outstanding payments through cash, cheque, UPI, or other approved payment methods.

• Maintain accurate records of collections, customer visits, and payment receipts.

• Follow up with customers regarding overdue accounts and negotiate repayment plans wherever applicable.

• Resolve customer queries related to outstanding dues and coordinate with the internal team for issue resolution.

• Ensure timely deposit of collected payments as per company guidelines.

• Achieve monthly collection targets assigned by the management.

• Update collection status in the company's ERP/CRM or mobile application on a daily basis.

• Prepare and submit Daily Collection Reports (DCR) and weekly progress reports.

• Escalate difficult or disputed cases to the reporting manager.

• Ensure compliance with company policies, legal regulations, and ethical collection practices.

• Build and maintain professional relationships with customers to facilitate smooth collections.

The minimum qualification for this role is Diploma and 6 months - 6+ years of experience. The role requires excellent attention to detail, high level of accuracy, strong organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently. Candidates must be open to 6 days working during the Day shift.
