Designation :- EMI Collection Executive

Location :- Miraroad , Ghansoli , Nerul

Salary :- 15k Inhand + Incentive + pf Benefits

Job Role & Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to collect overdue EMI payments.

• Follow up with customers for pending dues.

• Resolve payment-related queries and negotiate repayments.

• Update customer records and collection status.

• Achieve monthly collection targets.

• Coordinate with internal teams for issue resolution.

• Ensure compliance with company and RBI guidelines.

Eligibility Criteria:

• Education: Graduates only (Male-Female) both Can Apply

• Good communication skills

• Basic computer knowledge

Workings Hrs : 9.30am to 7pm (Sunday Fix off)
