We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Electrical Sales Engineer to join our team. The role primarily involves handling India MART leads, on-call sales activities, and maintaining accurate records while ensuring smooth coordination with internal teams. This position offers a collaborative work environment with strong growth opportunities, the position offers a salary of ₹15,000 - ₹25,000.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle incoming India MART and other sales leads, and convert them through effective communication and follow-ups
Manage on-call sales interactions with customers and provide product information and solutions
Maintain and update sales data in spreadsheets, and internal databases
Ensure accurate and organized documentation of customer records and sales activities
Coordinate with internal teams to resolve data inconsistencies and improve sales processes
Verify customer and sales data, correct errors, and identify discrepancies promptly
Generate sales reports and performance summaries for internal review and decision-making
Ensure confidential handling of customer and business information.
Job Requirements:
The minimum qualification for this role is Diploma/ITI and 6 months - 6+ years of experience. Candidates must have attention to detail, accuracy, strong organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
