Job Description

Educational Counsellor – Key Responsibilities

Counsel students and parents regarding suitable courses and colleges.

Understand students’ academic background, interests, and career goals.

Explain admission eligibility, fees, course structure, and career opportunities.

Handle student enquiries through calls, WhatsApp, and walk-ins.

Follow up with prospective students and convert enquiries into admissions.

Maintain student records and update CRM/database.

Coordinate with colleges/universities regarding admission processes.

Assist students with application and documentation.

Achieve monthly counselling/admission targets.

Provide regular follow-up reports to management.
