Education Counsellor

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Executive or for the position of Education Counselor to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and driving company growth through strategic sales initiatives. This role requires excellent communication, negotiation, and analytical skills to meet targets and support long-term organizational success.

Duties n Responsibilities:

• Lead Generation through Tele-Calling Student Counselling, Career Guidance

• Sales & Revenue Generation

• Reporting & Forecasting

• Identify prospects Convert into admissions

Qualification/Experience:

• Graduates or Fresher's with Bachelor's degree (any stream)

OR

• Work Experience minimum 1 to 3 Years in the Sales Industry preferred

Skills:

• Good communication (verbal and written)

• MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook), Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides, Gmail)

• Persuasive and confident personality / Cold Calling, tele-calling approach

• Negotiation and closing skills

Office Hours/Location:

Monday to Saturday (9:30am to 6:30pm), Sunday (Weekly off) | Job Location: Kalyan (west)

Interview Time

11:00am to 4:00pm Monday to Saturday
