Primary Objective:To connect with potential students and parents, provide accurate information about courses and programs, and assist in the admission and counseling process through effective communication.🧩 Key Responsibilities:Lead Generation & Follow-upCall prospective students or parents from the inquiry database.Explain the institute’s courses, admission process, and benefits.Maintain regular follow-ups until conversion (enrollment).Information & Counseling SupportProvide details about course structure, duration, and fee.Clarify doubts regarding entrance tests, scholarships, and admission procedures.Schedule counseling sessions or appointments with academic counselors.Data ManagementMaintain records of daily calls, inquiries, and conversions.Update CRM or Excel sheets with accurate student information.Prepare daily or weekly calling reports for management review.Communication & CoordinationCoordinate with the counseling and marketing teams for admission drives.Inform students about upcoming seminars, tests, or events.Share feedback and suggestions from students to improve communication strategy.Target AchievementWork towards monthly admission and inquiry follow-up targets.Support in achieving overall enrollment goals of the institute.🧠 Skills Required:Excellent verbal communication in English and regional language.Good listening and convincing ability.Basic computer and CRM handling skills.Polite, confident, and student-friendly approach.
