Position: Sales Manager

Week off : Monday to friday ( 2 and 3 saturday off )
Roles & Responsibilities:
• Lead and supervise the day-to-day operations of the sales team.
• Set sales targets and ensure the team consistently meets or exceeds them.
• Coach, train, and support team members to improve performance and skill development.
• Monitor individual and team performance through CRM tools and regular reporting.
• Identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to enhance sales productivity.
• Handle escalations and assist with closing high-value or complex deals.
• Collaborate with marketing, operations, and customer service teams to align efforts.
• Conduct regular team meetings, performance reviews, and training sessions.
• Maintain a strong understanding of company products/services and market trends.
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
• Proven experience in a sales or business development role (minimum 2–3 years).
• Prior experience in a leadership or supervisory position is a strong advantage.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and motivational skills.
• Results-driven with the ability to work under pressure.
• Proficient in MS Office and CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, Zoho).
Skills Required:
Result-oriented and able to work under pressure to achieve targets.
Excellent spoken and written English, as well as the local language.
Strong communication skills with diverse age groups.
Proactive in learning and researching best study options.
