Jephanya Institute of Professional Studies (JIPS) is looking for enthusiastic Tele callers / Education Counselors to join our admissions team. The role involves reaching out to prospective students, providing course information, and assisting them through the admission process.

Responsibilities:

• Call and counsel students and parents about available courses and admission procedures.

• Follow up with leads to ensure conversions.

• Maintain call records and update student databases.

• Work towards achieving monthly admission targets.

Requirements:

• Excellent communication and convincing skills.

• Basic computer knowledge (MS Office / CRM).

• Positive attitude, patience, and professionalism.

• Prior experience in the education sector preferred but not mandatory.
