Hiring: Student/Education Counsellor (Ed-Tech | 0 - 3+ Years Exp)

Job Summary:

We are seeking a passionate and energetic Student Counsellor with at least 1 years of experience in the Ed-Tech industry. The ideal candidate should be comfortable guiding students and parents about educational products, entrance exams, and college admissions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle Outbound and Inbound leads and provide counseling on courses, exams, and admissions.

• Explain product offerings and help students choose the right solution.

• Follow up via calls, emails, or virtual sessions to convert leads into admissions.

• Maintain lead data and interactions using CRM tools.

• Support marketing and sales campaigns when needed.

Requirements:

• 0 to 3+ years of counselling experience, preferably in Ed-Tech.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Graduate in any discipline.
