Education Counsellor

Key Responsibilities:

• Counsel prospective students and parents on courses, career options, and admissions procedures.

• Understand the candidate’s requirements and guide them with appropriate course offerings.

• Handle inbound inquiries (calls, emails, walk-ins) and follow up with potential leads.

• Maintain regular follow-ups with interested candidates via phone, email, or WhatsApp.

• Provide detailed and accurate information regarding the curriculum and fees.

• Maintain records of daily follow-ups and conversions using CRM tools.

• Meet weekly/monthly admission/enrollment targets.

• It is a Full Time Telesales / Telemarketing job for candidates with 1 - 6+ years Experience.
