1. Outbound & Inbound Calling
Connect with prospective students/parents through calls.
Understand their academic goals, interests, and admission requirements.
Follow up with leads consistently to maximize conversions.
2. Counselling & Pitching Services
Suggest suitable courses, universities, and counselling packages based on the.candidate's background.
Guide students on options for MBBS, GMAT/GRE pathways, and other programs.
Explain service offerings clearly and help them make informed decisions.
3. Achieving Sales Targets
Meet daily, weekly, and monthly sales and revenue targets.
Maintain high-quality engagement and conversion ratios.
4. CRM & Data Management
Update lead data, communication logs, follow-ups, and pipeline status accurately in the CRM.
Maintain organized and error-free records.
