Job Description

Execute B2B Sales Strategy: Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to onboardschools for Vidysea platform.● Identify New Business Opportunities: Research and target new schools, schoolchains, and education partners across regions.● Client Acquisition: Pitch, negotiate, and close deals with school principals,decision-makers, and academic heads.● Relationship Management: Maintain strong relationships with existing school clients toensure long-term engagement and retention.● Demo & Presentations: Deliver compelling product demos and presentations tailored toschool stakeholders.● Sales Targets & KPIs: Achieve weekly, monthly, and quarterly revenue and acquisitiongoals.● Collaborate with Internal Teams: Work closely with product, marketing, and operationsto align on client needs and feedback.● Reporting: Provide regular sales forecasts, activity reports, and competitive insights toleadership.● 1-4 years of B2B sales experience, preferably in the EdTech, SaaS, or schoolengagement space.● Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales targets.● Strong understanding of the K-12 education ecosystem and decision-making processeswithin schools.
