Job Description:

We are looking for a dynamic and motivated Education Counselor to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for guiding students and parents regarding various educational courses, career paths, and admission processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Counsel prospective students and parents about courses, eligibility, fees, and career opportunities.

• Follow up with leads via calls, emails, or walk-ins to convert inquiries into admissions.

• Maintain accurate records of counseling interactions and admission updates.

• Coordinate with internal departments for seamless admission processes.

• Achieve monthly targets of student enrollments and conversions.

• Stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, and academic developments.

Requirements:

• Graduate in any stream (preferred: Education, Psychology, or Management).

• Good communication skills in Hindi and English.

• Confident, persuasive, and goal-driven.

• Freshers with strong interpersonal skills are welcome to apply.

• Knowledge of counseling or experience in sales/telecalling is a plus.
