• Counsel students and working professionals via calls and one-on-one meetings

• Understand their goals and recommend suitable certification programs

• Convert inquiries into admissions through structured follow-ups

• Coordinate with academic and operations teams to ensure smooth onboarding

• Comfortable with student interaction and counselling discussions

• Friendly, empathetic, and student-focused personality

• Calling on perspective leads data.

• Counselling the perspective lead on which of the courses is relevant for her/him.

• Converting the lead into a sale.

• Hand holding for any other help the student requires during the course tenure.
