Education Counsellor

Key Responsibilities:

• Counsel prospective students about our stock market, forex, and crypto courses through calls, messages, emails, and in-person meetings.

• Explain course structures, benefits, and career opportunities in financial trading and investing.

• Maintain follow-up with potential leads, convert inquiries into enrollments, and meet monthly targets.

• Understand each student’s goals, skill level, and interests to suggest the most suitable programs.

• Coordinate with the marketing and operations teams to ensure a seamless admission-to-learning experience.

• Keep track of leads through CRM tools, databases, and reports.

• Represent the company at educational events, webinars, and promotional campaigns.

• Build and maintain long-term relationships with students, institutions, and partners.

• Stay updated on the latest financial market trends, trading platforms, and course offerings.

Requirements:

• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

• Strong interest in financial markets, investments, or trading education.

• Ability to manage leads, meet targets, and maintain professionalism.

• Proficiency in MS Office, Google Sheets, and CRM software.

• Positive attitude, self-motivated, and eager to learn.
