Job Title: Education Counselor / Calling Executive (Female)

Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and confident Calling Executive (Female) to engage with students who have completed their Bachelor’s degree and guide them in selecting suitable Master’s programs. The role involves counseling students on career pathways, universities (India & Abroad), and admission processes through telephonic conversations.

Key Responsibilities

Make outbound calls to students who have completed their Bachelor’s degree

Understand students’ academic background, interests, and career goals

Counsel students on suitable Master’s programs and career opportunities

Provide information on universities in India and overseas

Explain admission procedures, eligibility criteria, and course details

Maintain accurate records of calls, follow-ups, and student interactions

Build trust and maintain long-term relationships with students

Achieve daily/weekly calling and counseling targets

Coordinate with internal teams for admissions and support

Required Skills & Qualifications

Excellent English communication skills (verbal & listening)

Strong convincing, negotiation, and counseling abilities

Graduate in any stream

Educational background preferred but not mandatory

Minimum 1 year experience in tele-calling/counseling (mandatory for non-education background candidates)

Basic knowledge of higher or overseas education is an advantage

Comfortable with calling and interacting with students

Experience

Minimum 1 year of relevant experience (preferred)

Fresh graduates with strong communication skills may also apply

Salary & Benefits

Salary Range: ₹15,000 – ₹35,000 per month

Salary based on experience and interview performance
