We are looking for a confident and result-oriented Telesales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling outbound calls, explaining products/services to customers, and closing sales effectively.

Key Responsibilities

Make outbound sales calls to prospective customers

Explain company products/services clearly and convincingly

Understand customer needs and provide suitable solutions

Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets

Maintain accurate records of calls and follow-ups

Handle customer queries and objections professionally

Coordinate with the sales team for lead updates

Required Skills & Qualifications

Minimum 1 year of experience in telesales or sales

Good communication skills (Hindi/English; Marathi is a plus)

Strong convincing and negotiation skills

Ability to work with targets and pressure

Basic computer knowledge (CRM, MS Excel is an advantage)

Positive attitude and customer-focused approach
