Location: Silk Road
Experience Required: 2–5 Years
Salary: ₹25,000–₹30,000 per month (In-Hand)
Job Type: Full-Time
Working Days: Monday to Saturday
Working Hours: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM
Job Responsibilities
Counsel and guide students and professionals regarding export-import courses.
Explain course details, curriculum, eligibility criteria, fees, and career opportunities.
Understand candidates’ career goals and recommend suitable courses.
Follow up with prospective students through calls and messages to convert leads into admissions.
Handle student queries professionally and maintain accurate follow-up records.
Achieve monthly admission and counseling targets.
Maintain good communication and build positive relationships with prospective students.
Required Skills
Minimum 2–5 years of experience in education counseling, course sales, or admission counseling.
Good communication and convincing skills.
Knowledge of sales, lead management, and follow-up processes.
Ability to explain course benefits and career opportunities effectively.
Target-oriented approach with strong interpersonal skills.
