Interact with walk-in and online leads (calls/WhatsApp) to understand students’ career goals.
Provide accurate information about courses, career options, fees, and eligibility.
Counsel students after 10th, 12th, or graduation for design, digital, or hobby career courses.
Schedule and follow up on demo sessions or branch visits.
Convert leads to admissions by building trust and guiding them properly.
Maintain records of inquiries, follow-ups, and conversions using CRM/Excel.
Coordinate with faculty and admin team for smooth onboarding.
Strong communication (Hindi, English, Marathi preferred)
Convincing and empathetic attitude
Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, WhatsApp, Google Forms)
Energetic, target-oriented, and student-friendly personality
