Key Responsibilities:

Handle student inquiries through calls, emails, and walk-ins.
Provide detailed information about courses, fees, and admission procedures.
Counsel students and parents regarding career options and suitable programs.
Follow up with prospective students to convert leads into admissions.
Maintain student database and update CRM records.
Coordinate with the academic team for admission-related activities.
Achieve monthly admission targets.
