We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Education Counselor to join our team. In this role, you will engage with students and parents, explain our courses/programs, and convert inquiries into successful enrollments.
Handle inbound and outbound calls with students and parents
Understand learner needs and recommend suitable courses/programs
Follow up on leads and convert them into admissions
Provide detailed counseling on course content, fees, schedules, and career outcomes
Maintain and update lead details in CRM systems
Achieve monthly and quarterly enrollment targets
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure a smooth admission process
Attend walk-ins, webinars, and counseling sessions as required
Graduate in any discipline
Fluency in English and the local language (Hindi/Telugu is a plus)
Strong communication and persuasion skills
Experience in B2C sales, tele-sales, or education counseling is preferred
Freshers with good communication skills are welcome
Excellent verbal and written communication
Strong negotiation and closing skills

Ability to work in a target-driven environment
Basic computer skills and CRM familiarity
