Job Summary:

We are looking for a passionate and dedicated Education Counsellor to guide students through the process of selecting suitable academic and career paths. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, a deep understanding of educational programs, and the ability to counsel students and parents with clarity and empathy.

Key Responsibilities:

• Counsel students regarding courses, universities, and career options

• Understand and assess students' academic and career interests and guide them accordingly

• Provide accurate information about admission procedures, eligibility, and documentation

• Follow up with potential leads via calls, emails, and in-person meetings

• Maintain detailed records of student interactions and progress

• Participate in education fairs, seminars, webinars, and marketing events

• Work closely with the admissions and marketing team to meet enrolment targets

• Explain visa processes, program eligibility, timelines, and documentation requirements clearly

• Build and maintain strong relationships with students, professionals, and working clients

• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth client onboarding and processing

• Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, and sales closures

• Stay updated on country-specific immigration rules, education systems, and visa regulations

• It is a Full Time Telesales / Telemarketing job for candidates with 0 - 3 years of experience.
